Ms. Offenbecker has bee the principal at Hampton Elementary since 2009. Prior to being the principal here she was the Assistant Principal at Washington Elementary, taught Kindergarten, 2nd grade, 3rd grade, and traveled to various schools teaching Media and Physical Education to Young 5's through 5th graders - Hampton was one of her schools from 2000-2004.

Kim grew up in the tip of the thumb, went to Central Michigan University (94-99), student taught in Troy, then moved to Bay City in January of 2000 to be closer to family. Bay City Public schools hired Ms. Offenbecker in 2000. In 2004 she graduated with her Master in Leadership from Saginaw Valley State University.

Ms. Offenbecker has two teenage children of her own. They love sports, skiing, camping, kayakin, riding horses, and spending time with family and friends.
